Product Description
This model is an intermittent motion and hole plate type filling full automatic capsule filling equipment. It adopts optimization design for meeting the characteristics of Chinese medicine and the requirement of GMP. It has the characteristics of compact mechanism, small volume, lower noise, precision filling dosage, multi-function, stable running etc. It can finish the following motion at the same time; capsule feeding, capsule separating, powder filling, capsule rejecting, capsule locking, finished capsule discharge and die hole cleaning etc. It is the most ideal hard capsule filling equipment for pharmaceutical and healthy food industry.

Note: Model E has the following characteristics
1. Control system be provided with OPC Server.
2. Control system be realized with FDA CFR211 e-signature e-recording.
3. Control system be provided with Industrial Ethernet Interface be connected with OPC Client.
4. High-capacity HD can record message, meet CGMP and FDA.

Delivery term:
The machine will be ready for shipment within 60 days after down payment.

Payment term:
By T/T, 30% down payment, the 70% balance should be paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight negotiable in China is acceptable.

Warrantee period:
5YEARS. Does not cover wearing parts.

Installation & commissioning:
On request we will dispatch our technician to customer’s plant to help installation. The cost of travel, accommodation and other costs caused in customer’s country should be covered by customer.
