Every time a set of step-ampoule were sent to the various processes and complete separation of bottle feeding, before nitrogen (option), drench, after nitrogen (option), preheating, drawing sealing and out of the bottles automatically. It is applicable to fill and seal of injection under aseptic conditions.

Main features:

The function of controlling the number of ampoule of filling machine.

The structure of curved auger handover and transit smoothly with tooth plate. It can avoid broken bottles. Compared with the way of out of the bottle of the sector plate, it has simple structure and the risk of the broken bottle is low.

The needle holder use linear guides location for up and down movement. It moves steady and the filling has high stability.
